Terms of Service

Mufasa Safaris & Tours is based in Windhoek, Namibia, running tours in Namibia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Zambia and Zimbabwe. How bookings work: there are no guest accounts. Browse a package and pick a departure date, or tell us what you have in mind through Plan My Trip and we'll follow up with a quotation. Your booking reference, paired with the tour lead's last name, is the only way to look up your booking again — keep it somewhere safe. Pricing & payment: every price is computed by us and shown to you before you pay. Card payments are handled entirely on our payment provider's own secure hosted page — we never see or store your card details. Payment is a 30% deposit and the balance later, unless full payment upfront is required (booking close to departure carries a lead-time surcharge, always shown before you pay). Your responsibilities: give us accurate names and passport/ID details for every traveler, and make sure everyone booked is fit for the activities included (for example, gorilla trekking has its own health rules). You're responsible for meeting the entry requirements of every country on your itinerary. Visa assistance: this is a paid add-on where we help you prepare and submit your application — we don't control the outcome, and visa assistance fees and any government visa fee are never refundable, whatever happens to your application. Liability : travel in the destinations we operate in carries inherent risk, including from terrain, wildlife, and regional security conditions. By booking, you accept these risks; we carry the insurance and safety practices required of a licensed operator. Governing law : these terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Namibia. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is always the current one.
