Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel a booking yourself at any time from Find My Booking — look up your booking, confirm your email and tell us why, and your refund is calculated automatically using the table below. The refund tiers below only apply once your booking has been paid in full. If only your deposit has been paid at the time of cancellation, no refund is due — the deposit itself is never refunded, whatever else applies. For a fully-paid booking, based on your total package price: 51 days or more before departure: 70% refunded. 41 to 50 days before departure: 50% refunded. 21 to 40 days before departure: 25% refunded. 20 days or fewer before departure, or a no-show: no refund. Your deposit is 30% of the total price. It reflects costs we commit to hotels, vehicles and guides on your behalf in advance, so it's the one part of your payment that's never refunded once paid — which is also why 70% is the most that can ever be refunded, however far in advance you cancel. If we're the ones who have to cancel your trip — for example because of a safety advisory in the area you're visiting — you get a full refund with no deductions. Visa assistance fees and any government visa fee are never refundable, whatever the outcome of your visa application. Once your cancellation is confirmed, our team processes your refund back to your original payment method.
