Privacy & What We Collect

There are no tourist accounts on this site — nothing is tied to a login. What we hold about you is tied to your booking. What we collect: the tour lead's contact details (name, email, phone); for every traveler, name, age, nationality and passport/ID number; health-related information you choose to share with us, like allergies or disabilities, so we and your guide can plan safely; an emergency contact; and your payment status (never your card number — that never reaches us). Why we collect it: to plan and run your trip, to apply for a visa on your behalf when you've asked us to, to meet the entry and travel regulations of the countries you're visiting, and to reach you about your booking. Who we share it with: our payment provider, to process payment; visa facilitators and the local hotels, guides and drivers actually running your trip, only as far as each of them needs to know; and our messaging providers, to send you booking updates by WhatsApp, SMS or email. Where it's stored: on servers based in the EU. How long we keep it: bookings are kept while relevant to your trip and automatically removed some time after they close. Some records, like passport copies, don't yet have an automatic deletion schedule — contact us and we'll remove them by hand. Your rights: you can ask us to access, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by getting in touch — there's no self-service option for this yet, so a real person handles every request directly. A note on sensitive information: anything you tell us about allergies or disabilities is used only to keep you safe on tour, and is only ever shared with the people actually running your trip.
